CNC MACHINE
Our CNC Machine shop is equipped with latest CNC turning and machining centers, from top global CNC brands. We are self-reliant in CNC programming, maintenance and operations, currently we have more than 22 CNC machines.
SPECIALIZED MACHINE
We have a versatile Conventional machine shop equipped with Lathes.Copy Lathes.Milling (All Types) , Drilling (Gang drills), Tapping.Thread rolling, Bar straightening.Grinding (All types) . Each machining process is assisted with machining fixtures, jigs , and checking fixtures.
SHEET METAL STAMPING
Our press shop is equipped with 10 Ton to 200 Ton Mechanical and Hydraulic presses. We have rich experience in all blanking, coining, piercing, bending, forming, embossing, and drawing I deep drawing works. The press shop is paired with an lnhouse Dies development and maintenance shop as well.
INHOUSE TOOLING
Our Inhouse tooling dept. is capable of designing and development of tools, dies, prototypes and checking fixtures using CAD & CAM techniques.
GRINDING
We have specialized worm thread grinding facility which is rare in Pakistan
WELDING AND JOINING
We also have Acetylene , C02, projection and spot welding facility, We Plan to add inert welding in near future
AUTOLATHE/PARTING
Our Cam driven lathes does all the hard and rough work in order to increase our productivity tenfolds. They are specially procured from UK in order to meet customer’s demand. We have upto 15 machines.
HEAT TREATMENT
Our Heat Treatment facility is capable of Salt Carburizing, Annealing, Normalizing, Case Hardening, Controlled Quenching and Controlled Tempering. We plan to add chrome plating and galvanizing facility in near future .
